We are an emerging group of chemists at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) developing new chemical methodologies and therapeutic strategies to address presently unsolved clinical challenges. By combining a fundamental understanding of molecular science with modern chemical tools in catalysis, high-throughput experimentation, delivery science and chemical biology, we design new catalysts, lipids and chemical-biological conjugates that enable disease-agnostic approaches to therapeutic discovery and development. We are obsessed with solving problems: by placing organic chemistry at the heart of delivery science, we put our best feet forward each day on a path towards solutions.
